Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement product within 5-7 business days.
